These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Amira’s website, content creation studio, connected messaging services, and related features (the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Wild Media Solutions SRL, Șos. Străulești 29A, Sector 1, București, Romania (“Amira,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accepting these Terms, you enter into an agreement with the Company. If you act on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The stated effective date does not retroactively impose terms on users who have not accepted them.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account and connected messaging services. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing member access, including access to shared projects, branding, and credits.
2. THE SERVICE
Depending on enabled features, Amira may import property information and media; create property marketing videos; analyze footage and render edited stories; create carousels, captions, titles, branding, and audio elements; replace characters using source videos and reference images; save projects and revisions; deliver downloads and WhatsApp messages; and publish or schedule content through connected social accounts.
Availability varies by account, channel, provider, and region. Pilot features and previews are not commitments to general availability. Amira does not provide brokerage, appraisal, property inspection, or legal services.
3. PERMISSION TO USE AMIRA
Subject to these Terms and applicable payments, you may use the Service for lawful personal and business purposes, including creating marketing content for your business or authorized clients.
The Company and its licensors retain rights in the software, interface, branding, templates, and underlying technology. You may not resell access, bypass access restrictions, or copy or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits.
4. YOUR CONTENT AND PERMISSIONS
“Your Content” includes materials you upload, submit, link to, or authorize us to retrieve, including photographs, videos, audio, listing details, logos, prompts, reference images, and personal likenesses. You retain your existing rights in Your Content.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for the requested processing and intended use, including permissions from relevant property owners, photographers, agencies, performers, music licensors, and people depicted.
Public availability does not establish permission to reuse a listing, social post, photograph, or video. You are responsible for applicable listing platform, MLS, brokerage, copyright, and licensing restrictions.
You grant the Company a nonexclusive, worldwide license to retrieve, host, reproduce, analyze, modify, and deliver Your Content as reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and operate, secure, and support the Service. We may permit service providers to perform this processing on our behalf. This license does not authorize public advertising use of Your Content without separate permission.
5. AI OUTPUTS AND REVIEW
AI-generated or edited material may contain inaccurate statements, incorrect text, visual distortions, or unintended changes to people, property features, furniture, scenery, or audio.
Review outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. A completed job or automated check does not establish accuracy or legal compliance. Some workflows deliver results without human or visual review.
Verify property prices, dimensions, amenities, availability, locations, contact information, and all other representations. Do not present invented or materially altered property features as actual conditions where that would mislead viewers. Include virtual staging, synthetic media, or AI alteration disclosures when required by law, professional rules, or platforms.
These responsibilities do not remove our obligations under this agreement or mandatory law.
6. CHARACTER REPLACEMENT AND LIKENESSES
Submit a person’s image, voice, or likeness only when you have the permissions and lawful basis required for the intended processing and use. Do not create deceptive impersonations, false endorsements, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful uses of identity.
Permission to use footage does not necessarily permit altering its performers or reusing its soundtrack. Obtain additional permissions where required.
7. OUTPUT RIGHTS AND LICENSED ASSETS
Subject to payment, these Terms, and applicable third-party licenses, you may use delivered outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
To the extent the Company owns transferable rights in an output created specifically for you, we assign those rights to you upon payment. This excludes our underlying technology, templates, and preexisting materials.
Third-party music, stock footage, fonts, and other assets remain subject to their licenses. Material restrictions applicable to assets supplied through the Service will be identified before use. Do not extract or redistribute licensed assets separately unless permitted.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party claims. Others may receive similar material.
8. REQUESTS AND CANCELLATION
The applicable submission action authorizes processing. It may be a button, confirmation code, or messaging command. For example, sending “DONE” in a character replacement workflow may submit work immediately without a separate approval.
Clearing a draft, closing the application, disconnecting an account, or sending a cancellation message may not stop work already submitted to a provider. This technical limitation does not override statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Applicable charges must be disclosed before you authorize paid work. Additional revisions, analysis, renders, or variants may require separate charges.
9. PRICES, CREDITS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
The relevant offer or checkout identifies the price, currency, applicable taxes, credits, and included services. Purchases are one-time unless you separately agree to a clearly disclosed recurring arrangement. These Terms alone do not authorize recurring charges.
Credits are contractual units for eligible services, not deposits or investments. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law or expressly permitted by us.
Purchased credits expire one calendar month after purchase. Unused credits do not roll over. Each purchase has its own expiration date. Where the following month has no corresponding date, expiration falls on that month’s final day. Different promotional-credit conditions will be disclosed with the offer.
Credit requirements may differ by feature. Pricing changes apply prospectively and do not alter charges already accepted for submitted work.
Payments and purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not exclude statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for failure to supply or nonconforming services.
Submit cancellation requests, billing complaints, or requests for a legally required refund through Amira’s WhatsApp chat interface or [email protected].
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. A checkout return alone does not establish successful payment.
10. CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL AND REMEDIES
Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw within 14 days after concluding the contract by sending an unambiguous statement through Amira’s WhatsApp chat, to [email protected], or to our postal address, or using an available online withdrawal facility.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, withdrawal rights are lost only when applicable requirements are satisfied, including prior express consent to begin supply, acknowledgment of the loss of the right, and the required contractual confirmation.
For services begun during the withdrawal period at your express request, a proportionate charge may apply on withdrawal where legally permitted. The right is lost on full performance only where relevant consent and acknowledgment requirements are satisfied. Acceptance of these Terms alone is not a blanket waiver.
Where a statutory withdrawal refund is due, it will be provided within the legally required period, generally within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional cost.
For failure to supply or nonconforming digital content or services, applicable rights to correction, price reduction, termination, and refund remain. Restoring credits does not replace a monetary refund where legally required.
11. CONNECTED ACCOUNTS AND PUBLISHING
Connecting an account authorizes requested actions within granted permissions; it does not authorize publication of every future project. Review media, captions, destination accounts, and scheduling instructions before submission.
Delivery and publication depend on provider availability, permissions, technical limits, and platform rules. Delivery and scheduled times may be delayed.
Disconnecting may not stop publication already accepted by the destination platform. Deleting a project does not remove previously published or downloaded copies. Third-party services have their own terms and policies.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; create fraudulent listings, scams, deceptive endorsements, or unlawful discriminatory advertising; produce unlawful threats, harassment, exploitation, or nonconsensual sexual content; deceptively impersonate others; upload malware; access another user’s data; interfere with security; or manipulate payments, rewards, or usage limits.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including restricting content or access. We may cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate and lawful.
13. REFERRALS AND PROMOTIONS
Offers are subject to disclosed eligibility rules, qualifying actions, limits, and expiration conditions. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, and fraudulent claims are prohibited. Rewards obtained through abuse may be withheld or reversed. Changes do not remove rewards already validly earned under published conditions.
14. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy is available at https://getshorts.app/amira-privacy-policy and explains personal-data processing, recipients, retention, transfers, and individual rights.
Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to marketing or processing requiring separate consent. You must have a lawful basis for personal information you submit and provide required notices.
Where the Company processes personal data on behalf of a business customer as a processor, the parties must enter into an applicable GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
15. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Processing may be interrupted or delayed by inaccessible sources, technical limits, maintenance, or provider failures. We do not promise particular audience reach, leads, sales, or other marketing outcomes.
We may make reasonable changes for security, compliance, compatibility, or service improvement. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled with legally required notice and remedies. AI limitations and provider dependencies do not exclude statutory obligations.
16. ACCOUNT CLOSURE, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
Request account closure through Amira’s WhatsApp chat interface or [email protected]. We may reasonably verify identity and authority before completing the request. This is a request process, not a promise of instant automated deletion.
Closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund except where required by law. Personal-data deletion requests are handled under applicable data protection law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, nonpayment, serious security risks, or legal requirements. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not forfeit statutory refunds. Rights in lawfully obtained, paid outputs survive closure, subject to third-party licenses.
17. LIABILITY
We remain responsible for obligations and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits and business opportunities.
This exclusion does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding. Nothing excludes consumers’ mandatory guarantees, remedies, or compensation rights.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
Romanian law governs these Terms. For business customers, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Consumers retain mandatory protections under the law applicable to them and the right to use courts available under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.
Contact [email protected] to seek informal resolution. This is not a prerequisite to exercising statutory rights or contacting a competent authority.
19. AMENDMENTS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
We will notify you of material changes before they take effect and obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases or existing disputes.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement.
These Terms, applicable order terms, and expressly incorporated policies govern the Service. A separately signed agreement prevails where it expressly provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
